To participate in rating your shopping experiences in
8282find.com, you need to register as a member. Once
you've registered, 8282find.com will allow you to add your own
ratings on products and services. You are also welcome to
add a new category of products and services. When you
register as a member, you need to provide us with a login id (or
email address), a password, a 8282find user name by which you
wish to be known in the 8282find community site, the state of
your residence, and your zip code. After your registration
is complete, we will send you a welcome message and you can
start using our rating features right away. Once you
become a member of 8282find.com, we will maintain your member
profile while you use our site. |
8282find is divided into three sections and you will continue
to see similar screens throughout the 8282find.com community
web site. Left column contains your login information and
the most popular categories in your area. If you don’t see the category you wish to
research, click on all categories on the bottom of left
column to see the complete listing of our existing categories.
If you still don’t see the products or services you are looking
for, you can simply add them. Middle section will provide you
in-depth information about the products or the services you are
searching. You will be able to see details such as rating of
service or product, address, phone number and comments. Right
column contains five peer groups for ease of search. If you
want to see the products or services related to parents, you can
simply click on the Mom & Dad peer group for narrower search in
our information system. |
When you add comments to your ratings, please include product or service
related keywords so that you can help others find the
information that they’re looking for. Your ratings and
comments will show up on our site immediately after your post.
That information will be then forwarded to the corresponding
businesses or manufacturers as positive or negative feedback.
The goal here is to not only help other consumers to better
research products and services in your town but to voice
consumers’ opinion to businesses to help them serve you better. |
